About ColourDrive: Colourdrive Home Solutions Private Limited is an established start-up in the home decor and service around house painting category. With 7 years of experience and founders from IIT, NITs and top B Schools, our headquarters is based in Bangalore. We are looking for an experienced Business Head to lead our team and drive growth in multiple cities across India. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing and managing our business plan, leading our team of staff, and ensuring our clients are satisfied with the services we provide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a business plan that includes setting targets, developing strategies and implementing tactics to achieve goals.
• Lead and motivate a team of executives and other staff to ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure repeat business and new business opportunities.
• Identify and explore new areas for expansion and growth of the business in multiple cities.
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients and vendors.
• Monitor and analyze industry trends and market opportunities.
• Monitor financial performance and develop strategies to improve profitability. Ensure compliance with all laws and regulations related to our services.
• Respond to customer complaints and queries in a timely and professional manner.
• Develop and implement strategies to reduce costs, increase efficiency and boost customer satisfaction.
• Research new products and technologies to ensure we are up-to-date with industry standards.
• Prepare reports and present findings to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor or Master degree in any stream
• 3+ years of experience in Business Development and Expansion of business in a leading position
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
• Knowledge of business operations and financial management

Job Profile: Business Field Executive

Eligibility: Any Graduate/Diploma Holder + Good English Communication + Basic Computer knowledge.

Job location: Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Pune

Job Details:

• Customer Acquisition & Handling Explore channels.
• Build touch points.
• Set up initial discussions with customer.
• Chart out requirements and coordinate with operations for project execution which involve meeting the prospective clients - Explain our services.
• Provide Estimation on-line as per the requirements.
• Operation/Execution of Work with help of Project Leaders.
• Handling the Complete Customer Communications etc.

Job Profile: Receptionist Cum Office Assistant

Language: English, Hindi, Kannada

Requirement: Any Graduate, Only Experience candidate in same field.

Job Details:

• you will assist with a variety of clerical and administrative duties.
• Coordinating front-desk activities, phone call inquiries, answering phones, taking messages, managing email and mail correspondence, and calendaring
• Daily inquiry calls and feedback or follow-up calls for customer new leads.
• Build touch points.
• Set up initial discussions with customer.
• Chart out requirements and coordinate with Customers and Explain our services.
• Optionaly You may also assist with invoicing, content creation & updates on the website, updating client profiles on our portal

• Excellent Knowledge in HTML5 and above, CSS3, Jquery, JavaScript, Photoshop, Coreldraw, GIMP.

Job Requirement: Display Advertising, SEM, PPC, Paid/Free Campaign Management, Ads operations, Google Adwords, Google Analytics, SEO, SMO, Social Media Management, Email Marketing, Retargeting and Remarketing, content marketing, and other online marketing

Job Profile:

• Creation of comprehensive keyword lists and mapping keywords to ad groups and landing pages
• Setup of initial campaign bidding, publishers and directory categories
• Ensure ads, keywords and landing pages are in alignment with the focus of the campaign
• Troubleshoot issues impacting campaign performance and communicate with Campaign Consultants to clarify and make recommendations
• Analysis and adjustment of keywords and ad groups for running campaigns to optimize campaign performance
• Drive retention for our end advertisers through proactive campaign management and consistently monitoring performance metrics such as click-through rate, cost per click and cost per lead
• Meet the daily targets for campaigns reviews and turnaround times for issues highlighted
• Building rapport and developing relationships with Campaign Support teams globally
• No client interaction is required for this job role

• Additional Requirement:- Any framework(MVC/HMVC) like Code-igniter, Opencart, Magento, Data-table Framework, REST & SOAP APIs.
• Experience Minimum 1 to 3 years in core PHP, Code-igniter or in any custom application only.
• Customize themes to meet company requirements.
